Indonesia Solar Global https://journals.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/aqr/article/view/2261
Facing intense global competition and evolving regulatory challenges, the photovoltaic (PV) module market demands innovative strategies for competitive positioning, which this study addresses by applying systems thinking to uncover and analyze the complex interdependencies within the industry. Utilizing qualitative methods, the study engages key stakeholders through semi-structured interviews and employs Causal Loop Diagrams (CLDs) to ensure a rigorous and reliable analysis of the strategic and operational factors impacting PT. Indonesia Solar Global (ISG) within the PV module market. This study introduces a novel application of systems thinking to the photovoltaic module market, revealing how it can strategically enhance competitive positioning and operational efficiency, thus offering significant theoretical and practical contributions to the field of strategic management within renewable energy sectors. The findings reveal those strategic applications of systems thinking enable ISG to navigate complex market dynamics effectively, optimizing production efficiencies and enhancing competitive strategies against global competitors. This study not only addresses ISG's immediate challenges but also contributes to the broader discourse on strategic management within the renewable energy sector, showcasing the practical application of systems thinking in resolving industry-specific issues.
Zaeny Ahmad, Utomo Sarjono Putro Copyright (c) 2024 Zaeny Ahmad, Utomo Sarjono Putro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journals.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/aqr/article/view/2261 Fri, 07 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 The Role of The Internal Audit Unit in the Indonesia Civil Pilot Academy Public Service Agency https://journals.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/aqr/article/view/2202
The Indonesia Civil Pilot Academy Public Service Agency is an educational institution under the Ministry of Transportation. A Public Service Agency is responsible for managing finances and budgets effectively and efficiently. A unit that supports the effectiveness of the Public Service Agency’s financial management is the Internal Audit Unit. This research examines the role of the Internal Audit Unit in improving financial efficiency at the Public Service Agency of the Indonesia Civil Pilot Academy. The method used is qualitative research with a field study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and document study. The research included interviews with three participants who are directly involved with the Indonesia Civil Pilot Academy’s finances: the Head of The Internal Audit Unit, The Expenditure Treasurer, and The Program and Activity Plan Analyst. The research results show that internal unit audit plays an important role in the Public Service Agency of the Indonesia Civil Pilot Academy. The internal audit unit can ensure that the use of Public Service Agency funds is carried out effectively and efficiently, as well as maintaining accountability and compliance with laws and regulations. Results suggest that a competent and well-communicating Internal Audit Unit is vital for optimal financial management.
Yasyfa' Kawakibi, Hery Susanto Copyright (c) 2024 Yasyfa' Kawakibi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journals.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/aqr/article/view/2202 Mon, 10 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0700 Teamwork of General and Special Education Teachers in Managing the Education of Learners with Autism https://journals.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/aqr/article/view/2256
Understanding the dynamics of collaboration helps identify best practices, resolve issues, and foster smooth working relationships among general and special education teachers for students with ASD achievement. This study explored the collaboration of general and special education teachers in educating learners with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) at three (3) selected elementary schools in Chicago, Illinois, USA, during the school year 2023-2024. This is a phenomenological inquiry of the ten purposively selected participants who answered the researcher-made semi-structured questionnaire that contained four (4) open-ended questions. Findings showed that in terms of the participants' views about the various collaboration models Implemented in educating learners with autism, the following were the emerging themes: 1) Team Teaching Collaboration, 2) Support Mechanisms on Demand, and 3) Structured Consultation Session. The impact of teacher collaboration on learners with autism academic outcomes were: 1) Enhanced Communication Abilities; 2) Active School Involvement; and 3) Self-sufficiency Development. The barriers encountered to effective collaboration were 1) Challenges in Communication, 2) Support and Policy from the Administration, and 3) Scheduling and Time Limitations. Thus, the general and special education teachers should intensify their collaboration and address the identified challenges. It is further recommended that a quantitative parallel study be conducted to validate and quantify the impacts of teacher collaboration strategies on the academic outcomes of learners with ASD.
John Lester Gaviola, Genelyn Lacuña, Sharmaine Manigos Copyright (c) 2024 John Lester Gaviola, Genelyn Lacuña, Sharmaine Manigos https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://journals.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/aqr/article/view/2256 Tue, 09 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0700
