About the Journal

Community Service Insight (CSI) is an open-access international journal committed to publishing high-quality articles on community service. Its primary aim is to transform research outputs into practical and innovative solutions for real societal problems. CSI provides a platform for scholars, lecturers, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate community-based activities that integrate knowledge, technology, education, health, and empowerment into sustainable development practices.

CSI welcomes manuscripts that present applied research, service models, and community engagement activities across disciplines. Contributions should demonstrate clear benefits for communities and foster academic–society partnerships. The scope includes, but is not limited to:
