2. Manuscript Submission
Community Service Insight (CSI) is hosted on the OJS system, a web-based online submission and peer review system driven by Public Knowledge Project. Log in and submit your manuscript here: https://journals.researchsynergypress.com/index.php/csi/about/submissions
Before you log in, please check again whether you have previously registered on the domain https://journals.researchsynergypress.com/. If so, your account has been registered, and you can continue submitting using a registered account.
ORCID iDs
The inclusion of ORCID iDs is currently part of the submission in this journal as a form of commitment to the realization of ethical, fair, and transparent publications. ORCID has a unique and persistent digital identifier to distinguish authors even though they have the same name. This is an attempt to automatically link the authors with their work to be better recognized. Ensure all authors are linked to an ORCID iD via the OJS system. The ORCID iDs will be entered into the system repository and included in the published manuscript metadata. Thus, readers will easily access your ORCID iDs profile link and become a promotional medium in introducing your activities and other works.
If you do not already have an ORCID iD, you can register here: https://orcid.org/register and learn more about ORCID here: https://orcid.org/
Information Required for Submission
Please ensure the author and affiliation details in the metadata through the OJS system are the same as the manuscripts title page. For a peer-reviewed manuscript, the instructions for ensuring a double-blind/ double anonymous peer review must be followed. Please do not put the author(s) name and institution(s) into the manuscript. Any inquiries should be directed to csi@researchsynergypress.com
Permissions
Contributors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any material in which they do not own the copyright, to be used in both print and electronic media, and for ensuring that appropriate acknowledgment is included in their manuscript. The journal accepts a manuscript on the understanding that its content is original and has not been accepted for publication or review elsewhere. Once accepted for publication, the copyright resides with the author. Authors are also responsible for online acknowledgement of the statement of ethical contributions to Community Service Insight (CSI).
Statement on the Use of AI in Manuscript Preparation
Authors are required to provide a transparent disclosure of any utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) tools or technologies in the preparation, writing, or data analysis of their manuscripts. This disclosure must be explicitly included in the Acknowledgement section of the manuscript.
Failure to disclose the use of AI, if subsequently identified post-publication, absolves the journal of any responsibility for the associated ethical implications. Under such circumstances, the journal reserves the right to undertake corrective measures, including, but not limited to, the retraction of the published article.
Authors are strongly encouraged to comply with this policy to ensure the integrity, accountability, and transparency of scholarly publications.
