History

Research Synergy Foundation, as a publisher, plays an important role in handling all publication processes, promoting calls for papers, and disseminating articles that can be read and cited by researchers worldwide. Research Synergy Foundation has managed the Journal of Elementary and Secondary School since its first publication in March 2023.

Since then, JESS has undergone several developments, which are outlined in chronological order below:

• 2023, JESS has been indexed in Google Scholars
• 2024, JESS has been indexed in ASCI and Scilit
• September 2025, JESS has been indexed in Copernicus
• November 1, 2025
  For manuscripts submitted on or after this date, an APC of USD 30 per paper will apply, and the fee will be used to support journal maintenance and quality improvement, editorial and peer-review management, website operations and system development, indexing and archiving services, and JESS’s long-term sustainability as an open-access scholarly platform.
• From 2023 to 2025, JESS has been included in various university libraries globally
• January 2026, JESS included in EBSCO Databases
